- Prepare and monitor Collections MIS & Billing for consumer assets and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Responsible for timely delivery of MIS reports to business on daily basis and ensuring highest accuracy in agency billing and employee incentives
- Generating insights/trends from the allocation/resolution data month on month
- Serving ad-hoc data requirements from businesses. Creating the analytical dashboards as per business needs.
- Tracking the effectiveness of ongoing strategies and suggesting pockets of improvements
- Develop automation of processes to improve quality & reduce TAT
- Suggesting best ways to harness bureau data and derive insights out of it for higher resolutions
