Technical Qualifications - Must have completed at least 6 months computer course from any government recognized institution.
Special Qualifications - The applicant must be a permanent resident and voter of the Raiganj block of Uttar Dinajpur district.

The appointment will be made in Kamlabari-1 gram panchayat of the Raiganj block of Uttar Dinajpur district.
Recruitment process:
Recruitment will be done according to the merit list based on the marks obtained in the Higher Secondary Examination.

You have to apply offline. You will need a form to apply, which is given on the very last page of the official notice. So those who will apply have to download the official notice first. Then the form has to be printed and filled on an A4 page. After completing the form, some of the required documents should be filled in Xerox and they should be filled in an envelope. Finally, the envelope along with the application form should be submitted in the dropbox of the Raiganj BDO office.
