What You'll Do:

Schindler is on the lookout for Trainee Engineers who will:

1. Be fresh grads or have 1-2 years of experience in maintenance/E&E Industry.

2. Hold a Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics & Communication.

3. Understand PLC's hardware and software, basic electrical and electronic components, and identify all electrical & electronic parts.

4. Use digital tools like computers/laptops, programming boards, and software updates.

5. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities for the assigned project.

6. Generate and compile relevant data.

7. Update field-related data in the system daily.

8. Submit reports on time.

9. Be goal-oriented, self-driven, and focused.

10. Communicate effectively with internal & external customers for operational excellence.

11. Have basic knowledge of elevators & escalators.

12. Be tech-savvy, using various Schindler Apps for reporting and software updates.

Skills Needed:

1. Good knowledge of electrical schematics and software upgrades is a plus.

2. Effective communication skills.

3. Willingness to learn continuously and physically fit for extensive travel.
