Job Description For Tata Technologies Recruitment 2022
- The DVA Engineer is responsible for Dimensional Variation Analysis, GD&T and Tolerance stack up for ongoing and new projects.
- DVA Engineer creates and maintains DVA models representing the assembly process, tolerances, and CAD data used for the virtual assembly of a vehicle.
- He will be responsible for creating reports, communicating results, issues, and recommendations to the customer.
Skills Required For Tata Technologies Recruitment 2022
- Should have experience in Body Components/Interior Trims/Exterior Trims Domain
- Should have good working knowledge of GD&T & Tolerance Stack up Analysis
- Should have good knowledge of GD&T Standard preferred ASME Y14.5
- Should have knowledge of 2D & 3D stack up.
- Hand on experience on CatiaV5/ Team center Vis Mockup
- Hand on Experience in variation analysis software TC Vis VSA
- Basic understanding of Kinematic
- Basic understanding of CAD and Design for Manufacturing
- Knowledge of jigs & fixtures used in Body Area preferred
- Ensuring that the all project deliverables are met.
- Identifying all risks to the programme
- Must have experience in Dimensional Variation analysis domain with TC Vis VSA
- Experience in using CATIA V5/V6
- Team Centre Engineering (TCE)
- Working knowledge of GD&T & Tolerance Stack up Analysis
- Successful history of delivery within the automotive sector
- Engineering knowledge of defined component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements.
- Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate at all levels
