The organization has set up a dedicated Engineering - R & D center at Chakan MIDC Pune.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Interaction with customers to understand their needs and provide the product design proposals with a delivery rating of 100%
- CATIA 100% proficiency.
- Managing the design activities with the design team (viz design checking, CAE, CATIA, Design Reviews, DFMEA, DVPR, Drawing releases) with an accuracy level of 100%
- Interactions with the customers/suppliers/manufacturing / QA to speed up developmental activities as a proactive action.
- Work for Continuous development for product improvements by a reduction in warranty/cost reduction proposals etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be Diploma / B.E.(Mech) , with 3-8 Years of experience in Plastic Product design. Should have experience in managing design activities with thorough knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, design standards, and manufacturing practices in the area of Plastic products. Should have excellent communication skills.
