Job Description For SIGMA ELECTRIC MANUFACTURING CORPORATION PVT LTD Off-Campus Drive 2022
Requirement - Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET)
- Diploma/B.SC candidates (2016/17/ 18/ 19/ 20 pass-out) from Mechanical/ Production/Automobile/ Metallurgy/ Tool & Die Making/ Electrical & E&TC
Area of Work Primarily in Production/Quality/ Maintenance/Tool Room, Work in Machine Shop, QA, Assembly, & Sand Casting shop in all shifts.
- Achieve daily production target
- Participate in Lean/ TPM/ Kaizen/ 5s initiative & implement the process with the help of the Production Supervisor
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as per policy in the shop floor.
- Training Period Up to 3 years (evaluation will be done on annual basis, depending on performance and evaluation, training period can be extended in next year)

- Shouldn't have any active backlogs
- Age should be under 28 years
- Shouldn't have enrolled in any other education course
- Should be ready for immediate joining
