Job Description For Fosroc Recruitment 2022
- To assist the Sales Team to achieve the targeted sales of admixture business
- To understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable products
- Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the customers’ specifications and performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with help of Segment Manager/Tech Manager
- To modify the products and meet the site requirements as and when necessary
- To develop good and effective contacts with consultants/architects for furthering Company’s business interests
- Breaking competitors’ specifications and increasing the customer base
- Maximise margins and cash
- Support & assist Area sales managers / Zonal Manager / TM for development of all aspects of admixture business of the branch.
