- 100% bath parameter analysis of plating & phosphating/ZAC.
- Daily HULL CELL analysis and recording
- Maintain records as per ISO IATF 16949 & 14001:2015 and customer requirements.
- 100% Thickness & SST item wise testing & proper record filling
- Rework Data collection and data analysis
- Why -Why analysis of rework material of Plating & phosphating line on daily basis.
- Daily Equipment audit of both plant and calibration of Equipment
- Maintain 5 'S' & Safety in the department
